At just 5 weeks old Quinni's kittens are already litter box trained, escaping the kitten pen and steeling our hearts. This is Quinni's first litter and she is doing very well, she loves her babies and when she hears a little cry for help she is there in a flash. Like her mother she brings things to her babies, instead of feather toys like her mother she picks up papers and takes it to her babies for the simple pleasure of fun. These little guys are already eating raw food besides their mousse, soon they will be eating whole foods like mince, chicken, heart and even chicken necks. A raw diet is ideal for cats as there are no preservatives which is good for their health and helps with their weight. When cats only eat kibble (biscuits) they tend to be on the heavy side; lucky with mince a cat uses over 90% of the nutrients so don't get worried when your cat decides to stop pooing for a couple of days. Soon these little guys will be neutered and off to their new homes, making our hearts a little empty. We know they will all go to a good home with a loving family. | |

AuthorHi there! I'm Shené and I au-pair cats, well sort of. I work for Cherylee Powell who breeds Siberian cats in South Africa. Over the three years her cattery has enlarged to 23 breeding cats and that is where I come in - a helping hand where needed. I love my job to bits and can not wait to tell you all about our cats and learning experiences. Archives
